MUSCLE BOOT CAMP ZUMBA PUMP  
MUSCLE:
Cardiovascular! Whether it's step or aerobics, joined pumping iron for a total body workout that burns!
LIGHT N LIVELY:
A little slower pace but with the same results.
ZUMBA:
A fun cardio/dance workout with a Latin twist, upbeat music.
COMPLETELY CARDIO:
Combination of step and floor aerobics, focusing on strengthening the heart and toning the lower body.
PUMP:
Combination of weight training and kinetics to tone and strengthen the entire body.
CARDIO/BODY:
Combination of cardiovascular floor aerobics, pilates, yoga, and strength training.
ALL CLASSES AND/OR INSTRUCTORS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. WEEKLY CLASS AND/OR INSTRUCTOR SUBSTITUTIONS ARE POSTED OUTSIDE THE AEROBIC STUDIO ON THE DRY ERASE BOARD.
